Mister Car Wash, Inc. (NYSE: MCW) acquired Downtowner Car Wash’s five locations in Cape Coral, Florida from the Montpetit family. The deal expands Mister Car Wash’s South Florida footprint; the acquired stores will continue operating in the near term and will be rebranded and integrated into Mister’s network over the coming months.
