Mitratech, a provider of legal and compliance technology, has acquired AdvanceLaw, a global marketplace and performance network used by corporate general counsels to evaluate and manage law firm panels. The acquisition expands Mitratech's capabilities for the Office of the General Counsel by adding AdvanceLaw's vetted GC network, analytics and panel-management services.
