Mitsubishi Electric to Wholly Acquire MEDCOM

Mitsubishi Electric agreed to acquire the remaining shares of Polish rail electrical equipment manufacturer MEDCOM, bringing MEDCOM fully under Mitsubishi Electric Group ownership. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of Mitsubishi Electric’s fiscal year ending March 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
