MJH Life Sciences has acquired Mesmerize Media, a point-of-care healthcare media and patient-education platform, from an affiliate of The Beekman Group (Beekman Investment Partners II, LP). Under Beekman's ownership Mesmerize transformed from an out-of-home advertising business into a leading healthcare media platform; MJH will integrate Mesmerize's point-of-care and OOH capabilities into its portfolio to expand its healthcare media and marketing offerings.
