Mkango Resources Acquires Remloy From Heraeus Amloy Technologies for €8 Million

Mkango Resources completed its acquisition of Remloy, a German rare earth magnet recycling business, from Heraeus Amloy Technologies GmbH for €8 million in cash, with €5 million paid at closing and €3 million deferred to August 28, 2028. Remloy operates a fully commissioned Bitterfeld facility producing NdFeB alloy powders (medium-loop recycling) with target capacity of at least 500 tonnes per year.
