MKB Company, an Align Capital Partners-backed environmental control platform, acquired Siltworm, an Indiana-based manufacturer of erosion and sediment control products. The add-on expands MKB’s product range and manufacturing and distribution capabilities; Siltworm founder Joe Moore will remain with the business as MKB’s vice president of market development.
