Mobeus has provided a £10.2 million combined debt and equity package to acquire a minority stake in LACE Partners, a UK-based HR and payroll transformation consultancy. The investment will support LACE's strategic development and growth, expanding capability and scale through organic and acquisitive initiatives while Mobeus takes a board seat to help guide the business.
