Modernizing Medicine Acquires TRAKnet from NEMO Health

Modernizing Medicine (through its subsidiary Modernizing Medicine Podiatry Systems) acquired TRAKnet and other assets from podiatric EHR vendor NEMO Health. The acquisition expands Modernizing Medicine's podiatry product portfolio and brings TRAKnet's specialty-specific EHR and practice management capabilities into ModMed's podiatry platform to accelerate innovation for podiatrists.
