Modus Create Acquires Tweag

Modus Create, a global digital transformation and product development firm, has acquired Tweag, a Paris‑headquartered software engineering firm focused on machine learning, data analytics and high-assurance engineering for fintech, biopharma and autonomous vehicle clients. The acquisition adds advanced engineering capabilities and increases Modus Create's capacity to tackle high-risk projects while keeping the Tweag brand and leadership integrated into Modus's platform.
