Modus Create, a digital transformation consulting firm, has acquired Promptworks, a Philadelphia-based product and application development firm with expertise in retail, healthcare and life sciences. The deal strengthens Modus Create's product development capabilities and establishes a foothold in the Philadelphia market; Promptworks CEO Greg Sterndale and other senior executives will join Modus Create as advisors.
