TRM Acquires Sheffield Scientific

TRM, an Alexandria-based enterprise asset management and reliability consultancy, has acquired Sheffield Scientific, a Katy, Texas consulting firm focused on EAM (IBM Maximo, Hitachi Asset Suite) and OT cybersecurity for power generation. The deal strengthens TRM's power generation capabilities, adds Sheffield's Serket OT risk-management software and specialist personnel, and increases TRM's headcount to more than 180 employees.

Trilogy Innovations Acquires NRM Solutions

The deal, finalized December 6, will integrate NRM's patented mineral rights and asset-management capabilities into Trilogy's software and cloud services offerings to broaden product capabilities and end-market reach.

Earth Finance Acquires Molecule LLC

J.D. Power Acquires Trilogy Automotive

MRI Software Acquires CTM Software

MRI Software LLC has acquired CTM Software, a Colorado-based provider of SaaS transaction management, document workflow and electronic signature solutions for residential real estate agents. The acquisition gives MRI an entry point into the U.S. residential agent market and adds CTM’s workflow, document management and e-signature capabilities to MRI’s global real estate software platform; MRI is supported by private equity sponsors GI Partners and TA Associates.
