Montrose Environmental Group Acquires Matrix Solutions Inc.

Montrose Environmental Group entered into an arrangement agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Matrix Solutions Inc., a leading Canadian environmental and engineering consulting firm. The acquisition will establish Montrose's consulting platform in Canada and expand its ability to serve clients across environmental engineering and services; the deal is expected to close in Q2 2023 and terms were not disclosed.
