MPE Partners and Webster Industries Invest in Allor-Plesh Manufacturing

MPE Partners, together with its portfolio company Webster Industries, made a strategic investment in Bar Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Allor Manufacturing and Plesh Industries (Allor-Plesh). The deal positions Allor-Plesh as an add-on to Webster to expand conveyor, chain and aftermarket parts capabilities for steel and industrial customers; terms were not disclosed.
