The add-on expands NFS' geographic footprint across five states and brings CFP's proprietary software, monitoring, and a team of 120+ technicians into the platform; CFP founder Dave Edwards will remain a significant minority shareholder and continue to lead operations.

Total, a full-service fire protection contractor based in Alabama and licensed across the Southeast, will be integrated into FSP as part of its strategy to expand its Southeast regional presence; the company was owned by co-owners Donald and Tommy Black.
