The acquisition expands MRI's MRI Living portfolio by adding ApartmentData's Competition RADAR and market intelligence capabilities, and represents a strategic exit for seller Salt Creek Capital.

MRI Software Acquires Manhattan Real Estate and Workplace Solutions from Trimble

The deal expands MRI's occupier and workplace-management capabilities, strengthening its IWMS and lease accounting offerings to better serve commercial property owners, operators and corporate occupiers globally; the transaction was expected to close in the first half of 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
