MSouth Equity Partners Backs Lync Health Partners to Acquire Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center of Chesterfield

MSouth Equity Partners completed a platform investment in Lync Health Partners and, together with Lync's management and physician partners, acquired the Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center of Chesterfield (OASCC). The deal establishes Lync as a platform for acquiring and operating ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) to expand higher-acuity outpatient surgical services such as joint replacement, spine and cardiology.
