MTX Group Inc. has acquired Stralto, Inc., a government-focused technology solutions provider with Microsoft-powered platforms, in an all-cash transaction effective immediately. The acquisition expands MTX's Microsoft capabilities and GovTech offerings—adding Stralto's GrantCare, Civicare, SLGx and DMx platforms and deep state and local government relationships.
