Infinite Blue has acquired substantially all of the assets of Centrallo Corporation, including Groupdolists, a global incident and crisis management response platform. The deal brings Groupdolists’ team and technology into Infinite Blue’s BC in the Cloud suite to expand its crisis-response capabilities and better serve enterprise and government customers.
