Combat Networks Acquires Duologik and GDL Solutions

Ottawa-based Combat Networks Inc. acquired Toronto-based Duologik and Richmond Hill-based GDL Solutions to expand its managed infrastructure and disaster recovery capabilities. The acquisition adds archival, disaster recovery, hosting and hybrid/multi-cloud data management services to Combat's networking and managed solutions portfolio and will see Duologik rebranded as Combat Networks.
