Infinite Blue has acquired Virtual Corporation, LLC, a Colorado-based provider of business continuity, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery advisory services. The deal adds advisory services and subject-matter expertise to Infinite Blue’s enterprise resilience platform, expanding its capability to serve government agencies and enterprise clients. Financial terms were not disclosed.
