London-based real estate investor Castleforge and full-service operator Galaxy Data Centers have acquired the Redhill Data Centre campus near London in a transaction with a development value of over £100 million. The 11,800 sqm campus (26MVA)—home to 26 tenants including Fortune 500 firms—was financed by ICG Real Estate; buyers plan significant capacity expansion (exploring a 10–15MW build-to-suit) to serve hyperscale, edge and enterprise demand.
