Iron Mountain Acquires ITRenew from ZMC

Iron Mountain Incorporated has agreed to acquire ITRenew Inc., a leading IT asset disposition and data center lifecycle management provider, from private equity owner ZMC. The deal closed with Iron Mountain purchasing 80% of ITRenew for approximately $725 million in cash (with the remaining 20% to be acquired within three years for a minimum enterprise value of $925 million), positioning ITRenew as Iron Mountain's platform for Global IT Asset Lifecycle Management and expanding the company's secure ITAD, decommissioning and sustainability capabilities for hyperscale and enterprise customers.

Castleforge and Galaxy Data Centers Acquire Redhill Data Centre

London-based real estate investor Castleforge and full-service operator Galaxy Data Centers have acquired the Redhill Data Centre campus near London in a transaction with a development value of over £100 million. The 11,800 sqm campus (26MVA)—home to 26 tenants including Fortune 500 firms—was financed by ICG Real Estate; buyers plan significant capacity expansion (exploring a 10–15MW build-to-suit) to serve hyperscale, edge and enterprise demand.

Vantage Data Centers Secures $1.6B Investment from GIC and ADIA; Acquires Yondr's 300MW+ Johor Campus

Vantage Data Centers completed a $1.6 billion equity investment into its Asia‑Pacific platform led by an affiliate of GIC and a wholly owned subsidiary of ADIA, and used part of that capital to close the acquisition of Yondr Group’s 300MW+ hyperscale campus (JHB1) in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor, Malaysia. The deal expands Vantage’s APAC platform to roughly 1GW of operational and planned capacity and brings more than 30 Yondr APAC team members into the Vantage organization.

DartPoints Acquires Metro Data Centers

DartPoints, a Dallas-based owner and operator of edge colocation data centers, has acquired Metro Data Centers (MDC), a carrier-neutral data center provider in Dublin, Ohio. The acquisition expands DartPoints' regional footprint and adds over 22,000 square feet of colocation and carrier-neutral interconnection capacity to support cloud and content service providers in Central Ohio.

Iron Mountain Acquires Regency Technologies

Iron Mountain completed the acquisition of Regency Technologies, a U.S. IT asset disposition (ITAD) and electronics recycling provider, for an initial purchase price of $200 million (approximately $125 million at close, remainder due in 2025) plus a potential performance-based earn-out. The deal expands Iron Mountain’s asset lifecycle management platform with eight additional U.S. locations and strengthens its IT asset remarketing and recycling capabilities, adding a business with trailing four-quarter revenues in excess of $100 million.
