Nolan Capital, the family office of Peter Nolan, has acquired Pyramid Enterprises, Inc., which does business as Rocky Mountain Recreation Company (RMRC). The founders Chet and Traci Roberts will remain active in the business as Nolan Capital supports RMRC's expansion of campground, marina and recreation-site management services for federal, state and local agencies.

AcquireCo purchased all outstanding common shares for CAD $7.41 per share (approximately CAD $127.9 million aggregate), taking RME private; RME is Canada’s largest independent agriculture equipment dealer with ~36 branches across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
