Conner Industries, a Fort Worth-based integrated packaging and industrial wood solutions provider, has acquired Kirkland Sales Inc., a custom foam fabricator near Garland, Texas. The acquisition expands Conner's integrated packaging capabilities—adding foam, gasket and plastic fabrication—and increases production capacity in the Dallas/Fort Worth market to support commercial and government/DoD customers.

Conner Industries Acquires Denver Reel & Pallet Company

Conner Industries, a Fort Worth, Texas-based industrial wood and packaging company, acquired Denver Reel & Pallet Company, a custom wooden crate and pallet manufacturer in Denver, Colorado. The acquisition adds a 20,000 sq ft facility and ~30 employees, expands Conner's footprint into the Rocky Mountain market, and brings additional foam-integration capabilities for customized industrial packaging.

Larson Packaging Company Acquires Great Western Eagle Packaging, Inc.

Larson Packaging Company has acquired Great Western Eagle Packaging, Inc., integrating GWEP's Ontario, California facility to expand Larson's high-precision case-insert and foam fabrication capabilities. The deal immediately broadens Larson's California manufacturing footprint and strengthens its ability to serve aerospace, defense, drone and advanced-technology customers; GWEP CEO Todd Teach will join Larson's leadership team.

UFP Packaging (UFP Industries) Acquires Titan Corrugated and All Boxed Up

UFP Packaging, an affiliate of UFP Industries, acquired Titan Corrugated, Inc. and its affiliate All Boxed Up, LLC, adding corrugated conversion and distribution capabilities to UFP's industrial packaging portfolio. The combined Titan companies had trailing 12-month sales of approximately $46.5 million through October 2022; Titan's leadership, including founder Jon Reneau, will remain with the business.

Georgia-Pacific Acquires Anchor Packaging

Georgia-Pacific has completed the acquisition of Anchor Packaging from the company's investors, including TJC, L.P.; financial terms were not disclosed. Anchor Packaging — a St. Louis–headquartered thermoformer operating four manufacturing facilities and two warehouses with ~1,250 employees — will become a wholly owned subsidiary to expand Georgia-Pacific's consumer products and foodservice packaging capabilities.

Envoy Solutions Acquires United Packaging
