Conner Industries, a Fort Worth-based integrated packaging and industrial wood solutions provider, has acquired Kirkland Sales Inc., a custom foam fabricator near Garland, Texas. The acquisition expands Conner's integrated packaging capabilities—adding foam, gasket and plastic fabrication—and increases production capacity in the Dallas/Fort Worth market to support commercial and government/DoD customers.

Conner Industries, a Fort Worth-based provider of lumber and integrated packaging solutions, has acquired Guardian Packaging Industries LP, a Garland, Texas-based foam cutting and integrated packaging specialist (including its Southwest Air Products division). The acquisition expands Conner's integrated packaging footprint and capabilities — including foam, corrugate and adhesive foam tape production — and supports growth into military/defense and other industrial end markets in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

48forty Solutions Acquires Industrial Pallet

The acquisition expands 48forty's footprint in the Northeast and is the sixth add-on since Audax's investment in 48forty in November 2020; terms were not disclosed.

UFP Industries Acquires PalletOne

UFP Industries, through its subsidiary UFP Industrial, LLC, acquired 100% of PalletOne, Inc. for approximately $232 million, with PalletOne's management team (including President Howe Wallace) remaining in place. The acquisition expands UFP's industrial packaging and pressure-treated lumber capabilities, adding PalletOne's 17 manufacturing locations (22 total sites across affiliates), Sunbelt Forest Products and SunOne Logistics, and more than 1,500 employees.

Kamps, Inc. Acquires L&R Pallet Service, Inc.

The acquisition expands Kamps' footprint in the Colorado market and brings L&R's pallet manufacturing and recycling capabilities into Kamps' national network.

48forty Solutions Acquires Allegheny Recycled Products
