Leap, a Columbia, Maryland-based provider of home contractor sales enablement software, has acquired JobProgress, a Middlesex, New Jersey-based CRM and workflow platform for home contractors. The deal, backed by Nexa Equity (Leap's majority investor), expands Leap's product capabilities and creates a larger integrated platform serving more than 2,400 contractors across North America.

Ergomed Acquires ADAMAS Consulting Group

Ergomed plc has acquired ADAMAS Consulting Group Limited for a cash consideration of £25.6 million (enterprise value £24.2m), adding a specialist regulatory compliance and quality assurance capability to its pharmaceutical services offering. ADAMAS, which recorded £8.5m revenue and £1.8m adjusted EBITDA in 2021, will continue to operate independently with its senior management retained and is expected to be immediately accretive to Ergomed's earnings while expanding the Group's global reach.

OutMatch Acquires LaunchPad

OutMatch, a PE-backed talent-intelligence SaaS platform, has acquired LaunchPad, an end-to-end recruitment automation platform, to create an integrated candidate-driven talent selection solution. The acquisition combines LaunchPad’s automation and AI with OutMatch’s data-driven assessments and predictive analytics to speed hiring, improve candidate experience, and expand OutMatch’s global go-to-market; financial terms were not disclosed.
