Brightflag, the AI-powered legal operations platform, has acquired Joinder, a collaboration and matter-intake system of record used by legal professionals at over 1,000 organizations. The deal brings Joinder into Brightflag as Brightflag Workspace, expanding Brightflag's product capabilities and growing its team to roughly 150 legal operations and technology professionals across multiple offices.

Siemens AG Acquires Brightly Software from Clearlake Capital

Siemens AG, via its Smart Infrastructure division, agreed to acquire Brightly Software, a U.S.-based cloud-native enterprise asset management SaaS provider, from Clearlake Capital for $1.575 billion in upfront cash plus up to $300 million in earn-outs. The acquisition strengthens Siemens' digital building and infrastructure software capabilities and expands its SaaS footprint, while Brightly will benefit from Siemens' global scale.

Speqta AB Acquires BrightBid AB

Speqta AB (publ) has completed the acquisition of BrightBid AB, an AI-based search advertising SaaS provider. The transaction was paid via an issue in kind of 17,621,411 new Speqta shares (approximately 72% on a fully diluted basis); BrightBid brings ~SEK 48 million in trailing revenues, ~420 customers and offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and London.

Virtusa Acquires BRIGHT

Financial terms were not disclosed; BRIGHT brings roughly 100 consultants (about 70 ServiceNow and 30 Splunk specialists) and expertise in digitalization, SecOps, observability, and AI/ML analytics.
