Pentair plc agreed to acquire Pleatco, a manufacturer of water filtration and industrial air filtration products, from Align Capital Partners for approximately $255 million in cash. The acquisition expands Pentair's aftermarket pool and spa replacement filter offerings and complements its industrial filtration portfolio, with Pleatco expected to contribute roughly $95 million in annual revenue (2021).

Del-Air Acquires Gator Air Conditioning

Gulf Manufacturing (GMI) Acquires Maass Global Group with $40M Support from Main Street Capital

Gulf Manufacturing, LLC (GMI) completed the acquisition of Maass Global Group, combining GMI’s U.S. manufacturing and distribution footprint with Maass’s global flange, forged-bar, pipe and fittings capabilities. Main Street Capital Corporation provided a $40.0 million first-lien senior secured term debt investment and a revolving line of credit to support the transaction and the formation of a new parent, Gulf Manufacturing Holdings, LLC.

Intermatic Acquires Aquapro Systems

Pentair Acquires Manitowoc Ice from Welbilt for $1.6 Billion

Pentair plc has completed its acquisition of Manitowoc Ice from Welbilt, Inc. for $1.6 billion, subject to customary adjustments. The purchase brings Manitowoc Ice's ~800 employees, ~1 million installed units and broad commercial ice machine product line into Pentair to expand its commercial water solutions for foodservice and hospitality customers.
