Pexco LLC, a North American specialty plastics extruder (PE-backed by AEA Investors), has acquired Altaflo, LLC, a Sparta, New Jersey-based producer of high-performance fluoropolymer and fluoroplastic tubing and pipe extrusions. The acquisition expands Pexco's fluoropolymer capabilities and product offerings and will operate as an add-on to Pexco's platform to broaden solutions for aerospace, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy and electronics customers.
