Nexa3D Acquires Addifab

Nexa3D has completed the acquisition of Addifab, the Copenhagen-based originator of Freeform Injection Molding, to integrate dissolvable digital tooling, resins and CAD-to-tool software into Nexa3D’s ultrafast 3D printing platform. The deal expands Nexa3D’s manufacturing capabilities and EMEA footprint (customer experience, resin manufacturing and fulfillment in Copenhagen) while adding proprietary IP and accelerating resin formulation and production initiatives.
