ManTech International Corporation completed the acquisition of H2M Group, a Manassas, Virginia-based provider of geospatial and intelligence analysis services. The deal (funded with cash and existing credit) adds roughly 180 employees and strengthens ManTech's GEOINT, imagery/FMV analysis and cartography capabilities to better serve the U.S. intelligence community, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Carlyle to Acquire ManTech International

Global investment firm Carlyle agreed to acquire ManTech International Corporation in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at approximately $4.2 billion. ManTech shareholders will receive $96.00 per share; Carlyle said the deal will allow it to accelerate growth, innovation and expanded support for ManTech's federal government and national security customers.

Foresight Group has made a c.£749,000 growth capital investment into The Modular Analytics Company Limited (TMAC), using equity finance from the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF) as part of a c.£1.5 million funding round. TMAC, a Manchester-based AI and machine learning contact-centre software provider (Fonetik, Playbook and Coach), will use the funding to develop its SaaS platform, make senior hires and consolidate its East Midlands base.
