Investcorp Technology Partners Acquires Majority Stake in NetRom Software

Investcorp Technology Partners (ITP) has agreed to acquire a majority stake in NetRom Software, a cloud-first digital transformation and software engineering firm headquartered in Utrecht, Netherlands. NetRom's founders, management team and investor IceLake Capital will remain shareholders alongside ITP; terms were not disclosed. ITP said the investment will accelerate NetRom's growth plans, including strengthening its delivery platform and expanding service areas, industry verticals and geographies.
