Accenture has acquired Comtech Group, a Toronto-based consulting and program management firm that supports large infrastructure and capital projects across Canada and the United States. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands Accenture’s capital projects and Industry X capabilities in Canada, adding approximately 300 Comtech employees and expertise in construction management, facility and manufacturing engineering, and process control automation.

Hinduja Tech Acquires TECOSIM Group

Hinduja Tech Limited, a Chennai-based mobility-focused engineering and R&D company (a subsidiary of Ashok Leyland), has completed the acquisition of Germany-headquartered TECOSIM Group. The deal expands Hinduja Tech's footprint in Europe and adds TECOSIM's virtual validation, simulation and body engineering capabilities to its global mobility engineering offering; TECOSIM has over 650 employees across multiple countries.

Accenture Acquires Innotec Security

Accenture has acquired Madrid-based Innotec Security from parent company Entelgy Group, expanding its cybersecurity-as-a-service, cyber resilience, and managed security services capabilities in Spain. The deal adds approximately 500 cybersecurity professionals to Accenture Security and deepens Accenture's regional footprint and MSS capabilities across Spanish cities including Barcelona, Seville and the Basque Country.

Entech Acquires C2 Computer Services to Expand Florida Cybersecurity Footprint

The add-on expands CTSI's fire and life safety capabilities and geographic reach, enabling cross-selling of CTSI's central station monitoring, security, audiovisual, and other low-voltage solutions to Firecom customers.

SS&C Technologies Acquires Curo Fund Services

The deal adds Curo's ~R3 trillion (USD 170.4 billion) in administered assets and around 300 Cape Town employees to SS&C's global investor and distribution solutions, expanding SS&C's presence in South Africa and across Africa; terms were not disclosed.
