CI&T Acquires Somo

CI&T has signed an agreement to acquire Somo Global Ltd, a UK-headquartered digital product agency, for a base purchase price of £49 million plus an earn-out of up to £9.8 million. The acquisition brings almost 300 digital specialists into CI&T's EMEA operation to accelerate its expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with part of the consideration paid in CI&T Class A shares.
