General Dynamics Acquires Fidelis Security Systems

General Dynamics has executed a definitive agreement to acquire Fidelis Security Systems to enhance its cyber security solutions and incident response capabilities. The cash value was not disclosed; Fidelis employs approximately 70 people at locations in Waltham, Massachusetts and Bethesda, Maryland and will become part of General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems.

Partner One Acquires Fidelis Security Cybersecurity Assets

Partner One has acquired the software, intellectual property, equipment, inventory, and customer and reseller contracts of Fidelis Security (Fidelis Cybersecurity). Fidelis’ XDR and CNAPP platforms will be integrated into Partner One’s enterprise software portfolio to expand its cybersecurity capabilities and serve large government and commercial customers.

Skyview Capital Acquires Fidelis Cybersecurity

Skyview Capital, a Los Angeles–headquartered private investment firm, has acquired Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc. from a consortium of investors; terms were not disclosed. Fidelis is a provider of threat detection, hunting, and response solutions (including managed detection and response) with more than 250 employees, and Skyview said it will support the company’s growth and pursue further opportunities in the IT security sector.
