Enjet Aero Acquires Integral Industries, Inc.

Enjet Aero has acquired Integral Industries, Inc., a Newington, Connecticut-based manufacturer of components and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft engines. The deal expands Enjet Aero’s North American manufacturing footprint to nine locations and increases its capacity and presence on premier engine platforms; Integral’s owner Ed Mascolo will continue as president of the Newington operation.

Hunting PLC Acquires Enpro Subsea

Hunting PLC has acquired 100% of the issued share capital of Enpro Subsea and its subsidiaries in Norway, the United States and Ghana. Enpro, a Westhill, Scotland–based developer of subsea production technologies (headcount ~40), will continue to trade under its existing brand and management; the acquisition strengthens Hunting's subsea product and services offering.

Enjet Aero Acquires Enginetics Business from Standex International

Kansas City-based Enjet Aero has acquired Enginetics, a Dayton, Ohio precision components manufacturer, from Standex International Corporation. The acquisition adds Enginetics' metal forming, brazing, heat-treating and laser-drilling capabilities to Enjet's portfolio, expanding its engine-component manufacturing capabilities and customer reach in commercial and military aerospace.

Turnspire Capital Partners / Infinity Engineered Products Acquires Goodyear Air Springs from EnPro Industries

Turnspire Capital Partners, through its newly formed platform Infinity Engineered Products, has acquired the Goodyear Air Springs business (also referenced as the STEMCO Air Springs business) from EnPro Industries. The transaction ( ~$39.5 million per seller filing) transfers the global brand license, manufacturing facilities, IP, R&D center in Fairlawn, Ohio, and personnel to the Turnspire affiliate as the first acquisition for the Infinity platform.

The Timken Company Acquires GGB from EnPro for $305 Million

The Timken Company completed the acquisition of GGB, EnPro Industries’ mission-critical surface engineering and bearing business, for total proceeds of $305 million (subject to closing date purchase price adjustments). EnPro completed the divestiture to streamline its portfolio around Advanced Surface Technologies and Sealing Technologies and to reduce leverage; Timken said the deal expands its engineered bearing portfolio and complementary capabilities.

EnerCorp Engineered Solutions Combines with Pro Oil & Gas Services

EnerCorp Engineered Solutions has combined with Pro Oil & Gas Services to create an expanded well flow and sand management platform. Both businesses are backed by Intervale Capital; the deal brings Pro’s early-stage flowback, pressure control and drilling services into EnerCorp’s sand management and late-stage flowback offering to broaden capabilities across North American basins.
