Worklyn Partners Acquires Majority Stake in NOYNIM IT Solutions

Worklyn Partners completed a majority investment in Denver-based NOYNIM LLC, adding the Microsoft- and Cisco-certified managed IT provider to its Managed IT portfolio. Graycliff Partners provided a unitranche debt financing in support of the transaction; NOYNIM founder Daniel Noy will remain CEO as the company is combined with Worklyn’s existing holdings to build an integrated IT services platform.

JDM Technology Group Acquires TeamWORKS Solutions

The investment (shortly after Worklyn's maiden fund first close at over $35 million) will be used to scale Quadrant’s Sagan platform, expand its SOC and engineering team, and accelerate go-to-market growth.
