Front Porch Merges with Covia Communities

Front Porch Communities & Services completed its merger with Covia Communities effective April 1, combining two California nonprofit senior-living organizations into a consolidated operator serving roughly 7,500 residents across 51 communities and connecting more than 10,000 program participants. The affiliation creates financial scale (including a $305 million public debt refinancing and affirmed ratings), operational efficiencies across ~3,000 employees, and positions the combined organization to expand memory care, assisted living and other capital projects.
