Boston-based private equity firm Fort Point Capital has invested in Visu-Sewer, Inc., a Pewaukee, Wisconsin-headquartered provider of wastewater infrastructure rehabilitation and maintenance services. The partnership will support Visu-Sewer's growth plans, expand service offerings and pursue accretive acquisitions; BMO Sponsor Finance provided debt financing and advisors included Kirkland & Ellis, RSM and TKO Miller.

VisuSewer, a Fort Point Capital portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of MOR Construction Services, a Glen Mills, Pennsylvania‑based provider of utility and commercial wastewater infrastructure services operating across Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. The add‑on expands VisuSewer’s geographic presence into three new Mid‑Atlantic states and supports the platform’s goal of building a national leader in wastewater infrastructure services.

The deals add local HVAC, plumbing and sewer capabilities and teams to Sila’s AA Service Company lead brand in Chicagoland; financial terms and sellers were not disclosed.

AQUALIS Acquires Northern Pipe, Inc.

The add-on expands AQUALIS' Midwest presence and enhances its vac & jetting, hydro-excavation and CCTV inspection and pipeline repair capabilities.

VLS Environmental Solutions (Aurora-backed) Acquires Plaquemine Point Shipyard

VLS Environmental Solutions, a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, has acquired Plaquemine Point Shipyard (PPSY), a full-service barge cleaning and repair facility located near Baton Rouge, Louisiana. PPSY will operate within VLS's Marine Services division to expand VLS's geographic coverage along the Mississippi River; the deal is an add-on and marks VLS's eighth acquisition since partnering with Aurora.
