SSB Acquires HEPdata

SSB has acquired HEPdata, a leading matching-gift and employment data platform for higher education and nonprofit fundraising, and will retain the HEPdata brand while integrating its team and data into SSB’s analytics and CRM products. The deal expands SSB’s fundraising product suite and was financed with a Comerica credit line and additional equity from SSB majority owner Strattam Capital.
