Gyrus Capital to acquire PwC Italia's Public Administration & Public Healthcare consulting business

Gyrus Capital has agreed to acquire PwC Italia's consulting business that advises public administration and public healthcare systems on transformation, technology and project management. The carve-out—employing about 700 people—will be rebranded and remain led by the current management team, which will co-invest alongside Gyrus; the transaction was expected to close in Q3 2021. Gyrus intends to expand the team and product offering in Italy and internationally.
