Colliers Acquires Englobe Corporation

Colliers has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a significant controlling interest in Englobe Corporation for approximately US$475 million, marking Colliers' entry into the Canadian engineering services market. Englobe — headquartered in Laval, Quebec with about 2,800 employees and roughly US$340 million of 2023 revenue — will be integrated into Colliers while Englobe's material management and beneficial reuse (MMBR) operations in Canada, the UK and France are excluded and are being sold separately; ONCAP (Onex) is the selling shareholder.
