Atlanta-based Banyan Software has acquired vCreative, a Florida-based provider of cloud-based workflow software for radio, television and media companies. The founders, Jinny and John Laderer, will remain with vCreative to continue leading day-to-day operations while Banyan plans to invest in product development, team expansion and technology integrations.
