Wind Point Partners’ portfolio company Voyant Beauty acquired the KIK Personal Care (KPC) business from KIK Custom Products. The add-on expands Voyant’s product offering, development and aerosol manufacturing capabilities, and adds entry into hotel guest amenities while broadening its North American manufacturing footprint (combined network of 15 facilities). The deal was announced July 1, 2020 and closed August 20, 2020.

Windsong Global Acquires KVD Beauty From Kendo
