The IMA Group, a technology-driven provider of medical and psychological evaluations, has acquired EVOnational, a national provider of independent medical exams (IMEs), medical screenings and other evaluations. The acquisition — terms not disclosed — adds more than 7,000 clinicians to IMA's provider panel, expands IMA's behavioral and medical evaluation capabilities, and will see EVOnational continue to operate under its current name with existing leadership retained.

EVI Industries Acquires Girbau North America

Averna Acquires ProNES Automation GmbH

Pentera Acquires EVA Information Security

EVI Industries Acquires Haiges Machinery

EVI Industries, Inc. has executed a definitive agreement to acquire Haiges Machinery, Inc., a Huntley, Illinois-based distributor of commercial laundry equipment that also provides installation and maintenance services. Haiges Machinery will continue to operate under its existing name with all 25 current employees; the purchase will be paid in cash and is expected to be accretive to EVI's fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
