Norvestor VIII has agreed to divest Globeteam Holding AS to Polaris Private Equity V K/S, which intends to merge Globeteam with 7N Group AS. Globeteam is a Danish IT services provider with ~200 consultants and ~40 full-time employees; the combination with 7N is intended to expand capabilities and geographic reach across the Nordics and internationally.
