Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in BST Group from IK Partners

Norvestor VIII has agreed to acquire a majority stake in BST Group Nordic AB from IK Partners' Small Cap II Fund; financial terms were not disclosed. BST, a Stockholm-based full-service active fire protection provider with ~430 employees and pro forma revenues of about SEK 900 million, will see Norvestor become the largest shareholder while management and key employees remain invested.

IK Investment Partners' IK Small Cap II Fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in ALBA Baving Group from the founding Baving family. ALBA is a German provider of municipal infrastructure cleaning and maintenance services (street sweeping, sink-box cleaning, highway maintenance, winter and greenspace services); IK will support management to accelerate organic growth and expand the company's service offering. Financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.

IK Partners Acquires Truesec Group AB

IK Partners’ IK IX Fund has signed an agreement to acquire Truesec Group AB from Sobro, with management and employees reinvesting; financial terms were not disclosed. Truesec, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Stockholm, is a leading independent Swedish cybersecurity services provider (~180 employees) and IK will support its international expansion and continued capability development.

IK Partners Invests in STEIN HGS

IK Partners' Small Cap III Fund has signed an agreement to invest in STEIN HGS GmbH, a Germany-based B2B e-commerce specialist for barrier technology, construction site and facility management supplies. The stake is being acquired from Lennertz & Co. and founder Bodo Stein, both of whom will reinvest alongside IK to support growth, product range expansion and new customer acquisition.

The founders — Anders Korsvall, Karl Eklöf and Niclas Hedlund — are selling a stake but will reinvest and remain majority owners; the capital will be used to strengthen Sitevision’s product platform and drive expansion across the Nordics and beyond.
