Strada Services, a provider of residential electric, air conditioning, security and smart‑home services, has acquired L&M Electric, Inc., a residential electrical installation company founded in 2009. The deal expands Strada's footprint across the U.S. Southeast (adding Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee and North Carolina) and enables L&M to broaden its service offering to include A/C, security and smart‑home services; financial terms were not disclosed.

May to operate under its local brand with existing management remaining in key roles.

Toronto-based private equity firm Lynx Equity Limited has acquired Esmay Electric, a Lake Havasu City, Arizona electrical contractor specializing in solar panel installations, design and permitting. The founder, Greg Esmay, sold the business as part of his retirement, and Lynx intends to maintain existing customer and employee relationships while supporting the company’s leadership and continued operations in the solar sector.

Potawatomi Ventures Acquires Lyons Electric

Argonaut will support LEI's scaling plans, including a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tulsa, to serve end markets such as petrochemical, renewable energy and data centers.
