ABA Connect, a PE-backed provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy based in Austin, Texas, has acquired ABA Therapy of Houston, expanding its clinic network and adding a second clinic location in Katy, Texas. The deal is supported by MBF Healthcare Partners II, L.P. and strengthens ABA Connect's presence across Texas while providing ATH staff access to broader back-office resources and payor contracting capabilities.

The acquisition expands Behavioral Framework's geographic reach and diagnostic capabilities, allowing the combined organization to serve more than 1,000 families across Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and the District of Columbia; BCPS founder Jason Cone will continue to lead clinical operations in North Carolina.

Tenex Capital Management Acquires Behavioral Innovations from Shore Capital Partners
