Entities affiliated with Lee Equity Partners and Twin Point Capital agreed to acquire TESSCO Technologies Inc. for $9.00 per share in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at approximately $161.4 million. The buyer group — which also includes portfolio companies Alliance Corporation and GetWireless — plans to combine capabilities and maintain Tessco’s facilities to create a leading value-added telecommunications distributor in North America; the deal expected to close in Q3 2023 subject to customary approvals.

T-Mobile Acquires UScellular's Wireless Operations

T-Mobile US, Inc. has completed the acquisition of substantially all of UScellular's wireless operations and specified spectrum assets for approximately $4.3 billion after adjustments, consisting of $2.6 billion in cash and about $1.7 billion in assumed debt. The deal (closed August 1, 2025) adds roughly 4.4 million customers, ~4,400 towers and valuable low-band spectrum to T‑Mobile’s network while Array Digital Infrastructure (formerly UScellular) will retain a large tower portfolio and certain spectrum holdings.

The combined business — operating as AllCells, a Discovery Life Sciences Company and led by AllCells CEO Danny Zheng — aims to expand GMP-compliant starting materials, donor programs and multi‑omic characterization to accelerate CGT discovery through commercialization.

Beam Global Acquires AllCell Technologies

Beam Global (Nasdaq: BEEM) entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire AllCell Technologies in an all-stock transaction, combining Beam’s EV charging and clean-energy products with AllCell’s battery engineering and manufacturing. The deal is intended to secure Beam’s battery supply chain, expand manufacturing and IP capabilities, reduce COGS, and accelerate product development across EV, micro-mobility, aviation and stationary energy markets.
